Placed order on 12/13 for Xmas gifts w/ standard shipping they said it would arrive b4 12/24. Was contacted 12/16 to verify shipping address and they said it will be shipped out that day. Checked through the website and it kept saying order pending by the next week I emailed customer service a total of 4 times to get an update and never heard back.Four days before Xmas I called the company the first guy I spoke with said my order had shipped and will arrive before Xmas but couldn't give me a tracking number and said he would get back to me. He never did. Called again and the last woman I spoke with told me the order never left the warehouse and checked with a supervisor and it wasn't even in stock.If I didn't call they never would of got in touch with me yet they debited my account the minute I placed the order. Still have not received my refund.WORST COMPANY DO NOT ORDER from them. Now it's too late for me to place an order somewhere else.Apparently lying to customer is acceptable |

This merchant, Construction Gear.com was great! Ordering online with Construction gear.com is actually cheaper than buying a pair (durashock wolverine work boots) at a retail store, takes less time & no gasoline plus more available choices & free shipping!! Also, my husband's shoe size is always hard to find in a store (11.5W)...seems like I can only find sizes 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 but no 11.5W. It's so nice to able to find the right size without having to try several different stores & I also qualified for a free gift! Thank You, Connie Potts - 740-682-8809 or cell 740-418-3871. I purchased my pants through Constructiongear.com on a Saturday evening. There were no signs saying they were out of stock or low on stock.On Monday morning i received an email saying they're out of stock and they'll have it in 3 weeks. The next day they said its discontinued. The option of a refund wasn't an option. I had to purchase something else. But what would make me believe that anything else would be available either |
