I did feel the need to write this review because of the over-the-top surprise I got. I received and opened my contacts this am. I ordered CIBA Night & Day (best price ANYWHERE! and I checked). What I received was "Air Optix Aqua Night & Day"...what the *%$@ ??? I went on CIBA site, couldn't even find this type on their site. Until I went to "for professionals" section. Apparently these are the new improved and bestest :) Night & Days. They aren't even being introduced till next week. So, I got the best of the best ....and for the same great price !!! I recommend anyone who wants a great deal from an honest retailer to shop CLK.	Overall Rating

Low and behold, two boxes had "zero power" lens although the boxes were labeled -7.5. The other two boxes were fine. It was a weird experience, especially when you were still not fully awake in the morning - still a blur even though the lens was in the eye already. I had to open several more packs to confirm it was a consistent problem. (Wasn't silly enough to open all 180 packs ;) It is obviously a lapse in QC at the Bausch & Lomb plant in Scotland. But as a vendor CLK should've taken the lenses back and either issued credit or send me replacements. CLK declined to do either. And I'm left with 170 some odd number of contacts with no power. Contacted my bank to dispute half of the charge.	Overall Rating

I received an email over 3 weeks ago that my prescription had been verified and that my order was processing. This is a ridiculous amount of time. I have been in contact with customer service several times and they keep saying they're waiting on shipment from the manufacturer and each week they say the order should come in that week. I am completely out of contacts and I am very disappointed with the lack of service from this company and I will never order from them again. When I've ordered from other companies, I usually receive my contacts the same week as I ordered them. Their website states that "each order is treated as a priority order." They also say that most orders ship 1 day after prescription verification because they have 95% of their product in stock. The product I ordered was Acuvue, which is not an unusual brand or anything. I had a great experience ordering contact lenses from them. I have an unusual prescription, but the lenses were nevertheless in stock. I received an immediate email confirming the order, then the next day another email saying that the prescription had been verified at my optometrist's, and then another email saying that the lenses had been shipped. They arrived much quicker than I thought they would - I think it was just 3-4 days after I placed the order. The shipping was free and their prices were much lower than other vendors. I would definitely order lenses from this vendor again.	Overall Rating

But this time I placed order 10 days ago, and they still didn't ship it to me. Customer service is awful, they can't tell me when they gonna ship my order. I will never buy anything from Contact Lens King again! Update. After 30 days after I placed the order I finnaly got my lenses.	Overall Rating
