Very attractive and easy to use website and exactly as they say "No Sneaky Fees" (don't you hate those)! Contacts arrived in one week with free shipping exactly as ordered for MUCH less than my Doctor charges! Very pleased and will certainly order from again. |

Their site was well laid out and the ordering went well. I emailed them the prescription and they sent out my order the next business day. The only problem was that I got the package before they marked my order as shipped. That is the only thing they could have done better |

I have ordered things online in the past but was afraid that ordering contacts online would be confusing. Your sight is very easy to understand and order what I need. It also saved about $40 and another trip to the doctors office to pick up my lenes, which I do appreciate. |

Because I was ordering a contact lens I knew had been discontinued, I first called contactlens.com to verify they had my prescription in stock. Once that was confirmed, I placed the order and paid via Paypal. Received my order superfast. I'm totally satisfied with the service I received. |

Initially I ordered the wrong lenses, it was my first time ordering contact lenses. I was told that they could not be returned, since I opened one set. I was very angry, as it was over 100.00 down the drain! I acted like a jerk, but they still bent over backwards to help me! They made it right, by sending me 3 trial pair! I highly recommend this company! |

I needed help in placing my order as a first time contact lens wearer. I called their 1800 number and the person who took my call was very helpful and informative. My order is on route per the email with tracking number I received. I will definitely continue to buy my contact lenses from them. |

I would not recommend this merchant. They were extremely rude on the phone about not being able to find my order. When they did the sales guy was still rude when I mentioned something about their customer service and he told me he was cancelling my order, even though I had not requested that. He also told me to "have a nice friggin life." I tried to call back and he had blocked my number from calling so I could not complain to his manager. Retailer Response (08/02/2010): The original order displayed as an invalid credit card billing address. We contacted the patient within 24 hours to try to help correct the address, at no time did we have an issue finding the order. We explained we could not ship the order unless we had a correct billing address still despite our best effort the patient refused. The patient then began calling multiple times a day for several days to inquire when the order would be shipped and each time we patiently explained the issue and asked for help correcting the problem. Each time the patient refused even though we did explain we would have to cancel the order unless corrected. Eventually she became quite abusive and after a half dozen calls the same morning we did in fact confirm we would cancel the order and issue a full refund. |

They sent me the wrong kind of contact lenses. Instead of getting Biofinity, they sent me a cheaper brand. Then when I returned it, they then sent me the "trial" box, which they didn't even say "Biofinity" at all on the box, so how I am supposed to know that it really is the right brand. After that, I looked and realized they only sent me 12 contact lenses, when I ordered 24. Overall, this took about a month for this process. If I were you, I would NEVER order from this website. It just causes you a lot of time and stress. Retailer Response (01/22/2011): We mistakenly send 4 boxes of Air Optix Aqua contacts instead of the 4 boxes of Biofinity he ordered. We emailed him a prepaid return label and received 2 of the 4 boxes. We sent 2 boxes of Biofinity and another label and received 2 half used Air Optix boxes. We asked Cooper to send us 2 new boxes of Biofinity trial contacts. We sent those 2 new boxes to complete his order. We received an email he is unhappy the contacts do not say Biofinity; they do say Cooper, they do say they are made of the same material, they are the same prescription but yes the 2 trial boxes do not say Biofinity. We advise Mr. Ho if he is unhappy for any reason he may return the original order and we will issue a refund in full. Instead of the return we received this review. Mr. Ho decided to keep the contacts. |
