I ordered a Vantage Point wall mount for the small tv in my home office. I love all the information they had and I could tell what it would cost with shipping and all, so I went ahead and ordered it. They estimated that it would arrive within the week and it did! Couldn't be happier! |

Finding the website was easy, along with navigating it. Once there finding what i want and placing the order was also easy. I liked that the order had a nice size picture with it. Everything was explained to me very well detailing the shipping info and billing. The shipping and billing address were different, was very glad to see the company call the next day to confirm everything was correct (was nice to talk to a person not a computer program). Once i received the product it had a small problem. When i contacted the company they were nothing but helpful and understanding. They set me up to return the product and sent me a knew one. it did not take long for me to receive the new product ( about 5 days), and everything was perfect. This is a great company and recommend others to order from there. All companies sometimes get and send by accident defected products. its how they handle your problem that makes it a good company. i will order from the again gladly. |

Could not get the product that I needed elsewhere. I used the feature that told me when the product I needed was in stock which helped a lot. They were quite helpful too. Would definitely recommend them. |

Excellent quality merchandise but shipping cost per single,small,lightweight item RIDICULOUS! If they are a Bulk-Supplier, they should say so on their web page. Shipping cost= 97% of item cost. A bit tough on us small buyers looking for items which may be hard to find in our areas,don't you think? |
