Good selection, fast shipping, however, I ordered the wrong size glasses and have been trying to return them for nearly two weeks. They require a Return Authorization and I have called once and emailed twice and haven't heard anything back. Therefore, I would not recommend them. |

I have bought three times now. Free, fast shipping. I called for help with decision between two products and I ended up buying the lower priced pan with their recommendation. I would have thought they'd push the highest priced one. I love the pan so I am very happy. |

Wonderful customer service. Emails confirming order & shipment. FAST shipping. And best of all, there was a rebate included in my order and Cooksplus.com sent me a stamped & addressed envelope with an extra receipt and the rebate coupon, so all I had to do was send it in. I was very impressed with the customer service personal as they got back to me promptly with answers to my questions prior to my order. The item was on it's way the day of order and arrived on time. I still need to open the box to check it out but I am sure it arrived safely and I will love the machine. |

This was the first vendor that confirmed exactly what was in the box. This model of coffee maker is supposed to ship with a free filter and 18 coffee pods; most vendors didn't mentionit. The price was great, as was the free shipping. I'll be back! |
