I already own a pair of the original (Giorgio Armani 523 Eyeglasses - Size: 0PNQ(00) BRONZE Color: 45-21-140) so it was easy for me to see that what they shipped to me was a piece of junk. I called customer service and before I had much to say the person snapped at me that 'we have records to prove to anyone that our merchandise is authentic.' I think this must be a common problem since he was so quick to say that, and they have some way to scam you by covering up what they are doing. What I got in the mail was complete junk and I hope these guys are exposed. People should write to the Better Business Bureau and the Internet Crime Complaint Center if they got scammed too. I have just received glasses that I ordered but the lenses have been made incorrectly so they are totally useless. I have subsequently tried emailing CoolFames to ask how they are going to rectify this but they have gone unanswered. To me that is totally unprofessional and I can understand how others have posted up comments about bad service. I just wished I had known about sites like this that people post their comments before I made my purchase. Hindsight is a wonderful thing so all I can do is warn any other person thinking of making a purchase. DON'T!!!!! Incidentally, I wonder how long it took a member of staff from CoolFrames to post up all the 'positive' comments on here and Google. Seems to be a lot of people called 'Anonymous' around in this world! STAY AWAY from them!	Overall Rating

SUCH PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR SELLING CHEAP GREY MARKET IMMITATIONS OF REPUTED BRANDS AND FOOLING PEOPLE.Unfortunately , I went ahead and ordered a pair of expensive Ermenegildo Zegna VZ 3007 Eyeglasses to them. They quoted a price of $ 152.20 to me. At Lenscrafters , similar frame was costing about $240 so I though , I will save some money.But when I received the package , it was containing a spurious , grey market product , a cheap immitation of Ermenegildo Zegna VZ 3007 Eyeglasses.I returned the frame to them immediately and with great difficulty, continuous follow ups and emails , somehow I managed to get back MY $ 128 from them.I totally lost $ 29.65 with my order with coolframes ( $ 24.20 as restocking fee and $ 5.45 as postal fee to return the product to them ).3rd rated Merchants like coolframes keep restocking fee very high , because , so that even if they sell you rubbish , they can still make money. Despite paying for "express shipping," my order was not shipped until 8 days after placing the order!; however, my credit card was chargded in full at the time of purchase. I called them numerous times, but only spoke with a live person once (he mysteriously managed to disconnect me when he put me on hold once I asked him about the status of my order). Nine days after the purchase, I have NOTHING. AVOID COOLFRAMES LIKE THE PLAGUE! Retailer Response (07/15/2008): Andrew, We have carefully reviewed your order and would like to provide you with some feedback. Your order was placed on July 3rd, in the afternoon. Due to holidays, our warehouse as well as the distributors (and most other businesses in US) were closed, so your order did not begin processing until Monday 7th. As you can imagine, we had to catch up on 3 days of orders and unfortunately we only were able to ship out your frame on the 9th. On the 10th USPS had the frame already en route in upstate NY (we are in NYC) and you received it on Saturday the 12th at noon. As per your previous request, we have refunded the entire shipping charge ($24.95). We hope you will still consider purchasing from us in the future.	Overall Rating
