Great value for a DECT 6.0 4-handset system!
Talking Caller ID, white backlit LCD, great price
No message number display on base. No separate handset phonebook
Posted Mar 23, 2008 - This expandable DECT 6.0 cordless answering system has it all--clear voice, talking Caller ID, and white backlit LCD at a great price. Even at list price, each handset is priced at $30 each. Panasonic also makes a 3-handset system for $100, just slightly more per handset. The talking Caller ID feature is important since it enables you to listen in to who is calling you before you even pick up the handset. The white backlit LCD makes your display very easy to read. I previously owned the color LCD version of this phone and find the white backlit to be superior even at a lower price. The answering system is similar to other phones on the market with comparable features. Very few shortcomings on this phone. Main complaint is that there is no message number display on the base, just a light telling you that there are new messages. The phonebook feature makes it easy to add items to your other handsets. Just enter the data on one handset, and they all appear on the others. The downside of this is that you can't add your own personal numbers for each member of your family. The Panasonic KX-TG9334T is a great cordless phone system since it provides lots of features at a very reasonable price.
