When I hadn't received it by Sept 22nd I called to check the status and was told it would be shipped out the next day. 8 days to process an order is completely unsatifactory. I also found it odd that it was being shipped out the day after I called and can't help wondering if they lost or missplaced my order. I could be wrong but 8 DAYS............. come on. Also, no apology for the slow service when I called. Buy from Newegg if you want it fast.	Overall Rating

I placed an order with them at 1pm yesterday, well in advance of the time required to have them ship an "in stock" item for overnight delivery. At 430pm they send me an email with a form that deals with "problems with my credit card". They actually wanted me to fax back photocopies of my drivers license, front and back of my credit card, and the form, after I'd signed it. I thought it was weird that they did this. My cc is fine and I was uncomfortable with the fraud potential of faxing all this info to them. I was also very annoyed that this nonsense had caused me to miss the deadline for overnight shipment. Then I notice the really sleazy part. The "credit card" form had a line in it that said I agreed to receive open box goods and that unless I could prove those goods defective I could not return. Either watch the fine print with these scum carefully, or move on. That's what I did. Whio knows what nightmare would have developed had I not cancelled Retailer Response (09/03/2009): We first attempted to call you; to let you know there was a problem with your order. However we were not able to reach you; so an email was sent requesting additional information. Unfortunately due to the large amount of fraudulent orders placed on the internet, sometimes additional information is requested to protect our customers, as well as us. You declined to provide additional information so we could verify your order, so your order was canceled. At no point in conversations, or on any forms sent to you, did we state you agreed to accept open box goods. We have been in business since 1977 and do not sell open box goods. The thousands and thousands of positive reviews speak for themselves.	Overall Rating
