I ordered 2 Star Wars clone trooper costumes for my twins for Halloween. They were both ordered in the same size, as verified by the invoice. I received one in the correct size, the other a child's small(instead of large). I tried contacting them by e-mail(returned unread) and phone(left message, never returned my call). I still have--have not been able to return since they wouldn't take care of, I don't think I should pay restocking and shipping fees |

Sorry unfortunately I sent them my order information back with the costumes! You can get my information if you want! ---------------------------------------------------------- I returned 2 costumes by FEDEX almost a month ago and haven't heard since. I also had issues with the sizes of the costumes. I emailed them 3 times and tried to call several times, but couldn't reach them. I'm still waiting for my refund! |

I ordered my son's halloween costume on October 14th and have yet to receive it. I have been calling the customer service line ALL day and have gotten a busy signal. No answer to my e-mails either. I would NOT do business with this company again. My 5 year old is heart broken we have to get him a different costume. |

I ordered two costumes from Costume Discounters and received both. They were fine, and I did keep one, but returned the other because it was too small. It was small because the measurements on their website are incorrect. I returned the item following all of their meticulous rules. You have to make sure you have it all tagged correctly and you have to ship it through UPS or Priority mail so you can track the order. What they don't tell you before you order is that they charge a 10% restocking fee - even if it's the wrong size. Also I am still waiting for my refund - it's been over a week since they received it! I called and they said it takes 20 days to process the refund! Isn't that crazy? It only takes them 20 seconds to charge your card. So don't buy from them when you have plenty of other businesses out there that will handle your purchase more professionally and don't penalize you for costumes they size incorrectly on their website |
