MistyBlue28 - (May 16, 2006) I have a severe allergy to dust & dust mites. Twelve years ago this allergy problem caused an infection in my sinuses. Unfortunately, I ended up having sinus surgery. Although it may help some people, it only made me worse! For many years I have taken many different kinds of allergy & sinus medications, be it over-the-counter or prescription. Most of the time these meds help with sneezing, but end up making other problems worse. Most if not all the meds leave me with dried sinuses & nasal passages. Then I have to deal with the congestion build up & hardening in my sinuses causing a sinus infection. I received Puralin Decongestant Tablets from a co-worker. I thought, yeah right, she doesn't k

zstone - (June 18, 2004) Because the FDA has made it difficult for other drug manufacturers to license GUAIFENISEN, this company has the only approve version...and it is over-the-counter. Because they currently have a monopoly on the drug, they are charging an absorbitant amount per pill!

lscraig - (July 03, 2004) I take 1200mg twice daily, so having exended release is great. These pills have been instrumental invirtually eliminating my constant sinus headaches. Before they were available I needed to contantly re-fill prescriptions and the pills available were even bigger and more difficult to swallow

LiveLaughLove - (10/28/2008) I found this product to be very helpful in providing instant relief for the scratchy, sore throats I frequently get due to my seasonal allergies (which is affecting me right now). To describe my experience, Throat Cooler basically gave me instant relief all the while reducing the swelling that had occurred in my throat from the scratchiness I was experiencing. I am looking forward to having this product around during the approaching cold and flu season as well. The best part is, they are so easy to stash in the freezer and use when ever a sore throat arises. They have a Children's Throat Cooler as well that I purchased for my 7 year old daughter when she was feeling the effects of the allergy season and she thought they were great! And I felt even better knowing that they are non-medicated and contain Vitamin C. All in all, I would definitely recommend this product to anybody, both children and adults! :)

MaryHlavin - (08/21/2008) This model offers a very sturdy, long-lasting, quick and efficient delivery system. It is easy to store and clean. My ten year old daughter uses it very easily to deliver aerol treatments for cystic fibrosis.

lexifosho12 - (07/07/2008) I hate commercial cough syrups! Never could take them. Well my mom went to the health food store and brought this back for me and my three kids. I was tired of getting all their coughs and colds. We started taking this on the onset of any symptoms and it brought so much relief. Often times it will get rid of a cough or sore throat fully before it develops. For an added punch to germs and viruses, I like to add 3 drops of medicinal grade oreganol oil. This powerful combination kicks the cold and flu season in the pants!
