I was even able to hear the songs it played, and got instructions on using my Media Player. All the information on product was there, and I got free shipping! An excellent shopping experience. I tried to find that info and couldn't. I also think that Courtney Candles may be buying Alexandria's? One annoyance with internet shopping is how long it takes some companies to process and ship an order - in some cases with other companies it has taken as long as 20 - 30 days to receive an order - with Courtney's Candles I nearly always have an order withing 5 days of placing the order.
