I called CPO and they said they would send out a replacement part immediately. The agent also asked if it was an easily replaceable part, and upon my view, I decided it was though I will have to take off a side plate to do it and, possibly, void my warranty. This is routine stuff for me, taking things apart, but still a better packaging method is essential if it is not to incur costs all around.	Overall Rating

It was a very pleasant experience and I will shop here in the future. The product arrived on time, but when it arrived it was left outside of my apartment in a major city. In the end, there wasn't a problem, but I would have preferred to have arranged pick-up/delivery with the carrier as opposed to having my valuable item sitting outside until I got home from work.
