CripDeals truly lives up to their promise to have the lowest prices. My recent purchase (an Odyssey backpack) was at least $10 cheaper than all of the other authorized deals! If that wasn't good enough, i was hoping to receive my purchase within 3 days, but it arrived the very next day! I will definitely order from CripDeals again, and will recommend them to my friends. |

The worst costumer service I've ever had!!! Their 30 days money back guarantee is a joke. All they did is they gave me manufacture's number to deal with them. I will NEVER use this website again! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Go somewhere else!!! |

Great product, great service. Crisp Deals had the item at the lowest price, as where most other competing stores did not even have the product at all. The package came one day before expected. Would buy from them again. |

I looked around the internet for the best deal on the item I wanted and CrispDeals had it. Plus, the item was shipped really quickly and arrived way earlier than I expected it to. Prices are good, but if you are a first-time buyer, they need you to call them to verify your information after your order. It seems like a hassle when you are three hours apart, working, and with their early closing hours. It took me nearly 2 weeks to get in contact and complete processing, and then ground shipping took another 7 working days. I had hoped that I would have my product in time for a family event, but now I won't. I'm not happy about this at all and even though they assured me that this is only a process that happens with first-time buyers, I will probably never buy from them again. |

These guys ROCK! Friendly people, great pricing, fast shipping, and my product arrived in perfect shape. I was a little hesitant to order an expensive product from a vendor with whom I wasn't acquainted, so I phoned and spoke with a sales representative. Would have been an excellent buying experiance if they could have told me when I made the purchase that it was on backorder. To their credit, they originally told me 2-3 weeks backordered but I received it in only 1 week after it was promised, so I am satisfied. |

The CustomeR Service Rep was very pleasant, professional and most helpful in aiding me in making my final decision on which product I wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about both products. My order was placed on a Tuesday and I received it on the following Thursday. I was extremely pleased that I received my Numark KMX02 by Thursday because I had a gig on the day it was delivered. So far I have had no problems with the mixer. I definitely would recommend Crispdeals to a friend. |
