I was quite pleased with CrispDeals. Not only did they have the lowest price, but also free shipping. Their customer service person was thorough and professional in taking my order. The radio was here in 3 days! Definitely do business with them again. |

This Whistler Radar Detector purchase was my first experience with Crisp Deals. They had the lowest price and free shipping. The Website said receipt might not be for 8 days but it was delivered the following afternoon. The package was in great shape. I did call the company as I had a question regarding their return policy as this is a Christmas present. The gentleman I spoke with answered my question and was extremely polite. I am very pleased with this shopping venture thus far. I cannot comment on the actual product as it is a Christmas present but I am very confident that there will be no issues and if there are any, Crisp Deals will resolve them promptly. I would certainly shop with this merchant again as well as recommend them to others. |

Great service--talked to customer service on the phone to ask a question before placing the ordered, and they answered quickly, answered throughly, and were friendly. CrispDeals had the best price, hands down, of anywhere on the net for the Pioneer car stereo I ordered--cheaper by a considerable amount (something like $15-20) than even Amazon. Free shipping supposedly could have taken quite a while but in fact shipped within a day or two and came something like four days after shipping, which was awesome! And in my case, there was no sales tax. Product came and they e-mailed me to be sure I got it; I got UPS tracking info by e-mail, and it arrived intact. The only thing that wasn't ideal was a three-day time limit on returns for defective stereos and similar--it would be nice if this were more like a week or two weeks, especially for something installed by appointment. But that's not a huge deal--I will definitely shop here again and recommend it to anyone for electronics! |

Great doing business with CrispDeals!!! In comparison shopping, I found them to have the lowest pricing for a GX65 GPS however, when I went to the website the listed price was much higher. I Called up customer service and they honored their much lower advertised price with no hassles to me then shipped the product right out to me. Works Great!!! Thanxs JJB |

I don't normally write reviews, however, when I see a new company proform like this, I have to comment. Very easy to order and received item within days. I even called to verify the instack status. I was able to talke to a human. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from CrispDeals again. Very Happy with Service!! |

My shopping experience with Crisp Deals was an outstanding one. I don't normally fill out these surveys, but service this good deserves it. The product arrived in perfect condition, and it was priced below most competitors. More important, this was a transaction that could have gone south on us pretty easily, because I made an error in listing my address, and didn't catch it until after the order shipped. Crisp Deals rerouted it and had it on the way even before I rectified the error on my end. I was most please, however, with their patience and good humor as we shot messages back and forth. These are some good folks, and they are good at what they do--big thumbs up! |

Was sent the wrong item...I spoke with their rep who was very helpful. The rep had the problem resolved within a couple minutes. I was sent a prepaid shipping label and got my package with in a week. The product was as described, the price was great, the shipping was free, and the product was in excellent condition. Would definitely do business with again |

At first i was hesitant because of the low price but after looking up Crisp Deals on line and saw all the good reviews i decided to shop with them, and it was worth it! I purchased the Parrot CK3100 Bluetooth Car Kit for really cheap + free shipping and i got it after only 6 days with free shipping.
