I also appreciate that the website software recognized I had a mismatch between the delivery state and zip code! My folks decided they didn't want the Alpine Car DVD/LCD flipdown screen, so I contacted Crutchfield. They said I could tell my folks to just write "Return To Sender" on the package and the company will email me when the refund process has begun.
