The transaction went very smoothly. The product was not what I wanted, but it wasn't their fault--I didn't ask the right questions up front to determine if the product was exactly what I wanted. They were willing to take it back, however. Very satisfactory experience. |

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong product, and wanted to switch for the correct one. The company that sold it does not answer their phone or return messages. I have returned the product and hope that they will credit my american express, but i will probably have to do a charge back as they appear to be an unreputable dealer. Has been a bad experience, wont do it again CSA Computers's Response: we shipped the item ordered, it is not our fault they did not pay attention. |

I have not received my product yet but the money was already deducted from my account weeks ago. About a week after the order I requested a tracking # from the vendor and was told that the order was delayed due to shipment problems. A refund was offered but I wanted to wait until the shipment arrives, estimated 10 days later. The vedor was very polite and appologized for the inconvenience. |

ordered an camera case which was listed in stock. after two weeks contacted them - it was on backorder not in stock. they did cancel the order when requested but should have notified me at time or order when the item was not in stock so I could have ordered elsewhere. |
