I received a casserole dish and the lid didn't fit on. When I called customer returns, I was told that the dish was probably defective and they offered to send me another. Since this was my first purchase from this store and the dish is a Christmas gift, I chose not to have them replace it, but return it so I can go and buy where I can see what I get. There is not time for another mistake. They wanted me to keep the dish for the next 3 weeks because they were marking it defective and the manufacturer may want it back. But they deducted shipping from my refund???!!! Poor return policy, if you send me junk I shouldn't have to pay for it or the shipping!	Overall Rating

But I did not understand that the delivery only was to the "back of the truck", which meant that I was responsible to remove the items to ground level and onto my property myself (512 pounds!). Impossible for a homeowner! The company would not pay for shipping that included "ground delivery". After discussions with the trucking firm, they allowed me to have it redelivered with a liftgate truck (normally $139) at no charge. The next day it was done correctly. I don't know how they expected a homeowner to handle such a load without a loading dock!	Overall Rating
