This afternoon, February 13, 2009, I tried to purchase a couple scanners one for each business. We recently moved into new office space and a change of address had not yet caught up with us. The manager, Irene Liu, was unable to provide any meaningful resolution allowing us to purchase the equipment needed. It was impossible for Ms. Liu, or her subordinate, to understand that shipping merchandise to old addresses, or a home address where no one would be present, or to have the merchandise delivered to a FedEx store many miles away, when we were paying for shipping, were not viable options. We must now wait and see if our credit information has been compromised as the CTIStore inabillity to accept valid business credit/debit cards is not fully explained on their website. I could not under any circumstances recommend this business for any reason.	Overall Rating

I contacted their customer service to verify they had this available. After speaking with someone they assured me they had it in stock. I ordered it at approximately 11:10 local time on Friday 10/10. I called later that afternoon to confirm that my order had been shipped and that i will get my product by Tuesday since I paid for 2 day shipping. The lady i spoke to was very confused and first told me the cost of my item was double what the original cost was and that my shipping was ground. She finally confirmed that she was looking at the wrong order #. So she assured me along with other emails from CTI that this was going to be shipped that Friday and that I would get a tracking# by Friday evening or monday morning. Monday came around and still nothing. I sent another email and they told me that they were out of stock. Why would you say you had it in stock if you were out. I would not have ordere Retailer Response (10/21/2008): Your comment regarding your experience with CTI disturbed me, and I personally looked into it. What I found out is that although your order was not shipped on Friday October 10 as requested, we did upgrade your shipment to overnight at no expense to you so you can get your order on time In regards to your comment that the product is marked made in China with Chinese letters on it, I can only say that most manufactures are making their products in China and that does not indicate that the product is in any way not authentic. I am sure that by now you were able to register your product with HP and be covered with full warrantee. I would appreciate if you can let me know if you have any problems with the product. Because of this I passed the time limit to submit a $50 rebate from the manufacturer. Don't think I will order from them again. It takes way too long.
