Kershaw Shun Classic Ken Onion chef knife

Strengths:

A sharp and well balanced knife.

Weaknesses:

I find the extra knife stand a useless item, as I keep the knife in my knife block.

Posted Jul 24, 2006 - I am very pleased with this knife. Although much more expensive, it is much better than the Chicago Cutlery chef knife I used before. I have no regrets in the switch.

Great Knife

Strengths:

Looks good! Very sharp right out of the box. Comfortable handle.

Weaknesses:

Nice stand but takes extra space on the counter.

Posted Dec 27, 2005 - Just got this knife for Christmas (2005). The first thing I used it on is onions and it was very sharp and comfortable to use. I used it for a variety of chopping needs today and would recommend this item.

OMFG

Strengths:

V10 clad steel just don't get much stronger than that

Weaknesses:

wife won't let me sleep with it under the pillow

Posted Jun 15, 2006 - This knife is stupid sharp. I just got done jullineing a orange....a orange...that's crazy. great weight nice feel the only way this knife could be any better is if Ken Onion himself built it to fit my hand and cutting style.....buy this knife...it's the S*^T..
