Wusthof Classic 8 Piece Set

Strengths:

Excellent craftmanship, balance, and sharpness.

Weaknesses:

Expensive - But will last a lifetime.

Posted Feb 10, 2008 - I am very happy with this product. I purchased the 8 piece set because it contained basic knives for everyday use. I have found these knives to be incredibly sharp and well balanced. I purchased the 2 piece Asian set and 6 steak knives to complete the set. I am very satisfied with the purchase and know it will last a lifetime.

Posted 1 year ago - I bought this block set for my wife and she has been extremely happy with it. It's actually quite expensive but worth the price. Although it comes with a sharpener, my wife has never asked me to sharpen any knife. As it comes with a lifetime warranty, you may not need to spend any more for knives in your lifetime. Great buy.
