Posted Nov 5, 2006 - the knife is so Sharpe that when you cut with it you don't have to put any effort into it its that good i would recommend this product to any one who wants a good quality knife i have been using this knife for 2 wonderful months and when ever i have a dinner party i use this quality knife.
