I was a little concerned when I ordered it that it would be seriously damaged in shipping. However, the packging was incredible. Double-boxed, well protected and not a single sign of damage. I have been tracking the package on my own, and both times it has been damaged and sent back to the warehouse (the warehouse is in a separate location than the customer service, so both times i got in touch with them myself and they were unaware that there was a problem.) I am still trying to get my money refunded, but am having an incredibly difficult time getting in touch with their customer service department. I'm sure this bookshelf is very nice, but it won't matter if you never get to see it.	Overall Rating

I ended up canceling the order. Cymax told me that it will take 2 more weeks just to get refund on my credit card. Unacceptable for any kind of business, especially an online store.	Overall Rating
