Site was hard for us to navigate, we could not return to the original selection screen to add the charger to our order. The continue shopping prompt was not available. This would have been an assett. I NEVER RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE........BATTERY & CHARGER. aT THIS POINT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE. |

Overall i had a excellent experience using your website but, I would like to see a link that leeds to Military/Gov pricing. I usually like to contact the vendors on the phone and negotiate for the best deal. I think that option is always a win/win for the vendor,as well as, the customer. Both usually come away satified with the deal. And as we all know, A SATIFIED CUSTOMER IS A REPEAT CUSTOMER! BEST REGUARDS |

I had a good experience with the site. I used UPS ground shipping which could have been a lil faster but it got here on-time as the tracking site mentioned. I would shop with them again. |

Everything was fine, but the site looked like it might not be responding at some points during the ordering which always makes me nervous when my credit card is on the line. But everything ended up being fine. Needed to return and everything went smoothly with that. |

I ordered a 1Gb micro drive from D-Store and they shipped it right away. It arrived as advertised, in just two days, was what I was expecting and packaged very well. No sales pressure on the phone. A pleasure to work with. Can't go wrong here. |

initial service when i bought an IBM microdrive from them was great. quick deliver, good service. when i needed to return it, it's been over a month (and counting) to give me my credit back. 1st they said the serial number didn't match, then they verfied it was their mistake and where going to credit me. called back a week later, now they say i didn't return one of the components after they said a week ago everything was fine. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN IT! Retailer Response (08/12/2003): We pride ourselves on Great Customer Service. The bottom line here is that the customer got his refund even though he did not return all of the items. Our records show that the credit was issued within 10 business days of our receiving the product. |

I was reccomended to them by the fujifilm helpdesk. They came through as expected. I bought a 340MB microdrive and it came brand new in original packing for the best price $105.00 to my door. I'm looking at their Sony Memory Sticks right now. |

At first I wasn't sure because the site looke a little crummy. But the price was right for the 340MB Microdrive. I place order on monday, got confirmation on tuesday, and got package on Thursday with 2 day delivery. Great service, and fast deliver. Would recomend to others. |

I recently purchased a Canon Powershot S330 from d-store.com and was very please with the experience. They offered a very good price and had an easy online purchase set-up. A live representative phoned me the next day to confirm the order and my shipping address (because it was different from my billing). The item arrived as promised the next week in perfect condition. Purchased an IBM 1GB Microdrive and a USB Compactflash card Reader on 7-31-02. Salesperson was helpful and very professional. He saved me some money on the card reader by suggesting one that will do what I need at 40% less cost to me. The whole experience was extremely satisfying and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends |

These guys are for real! I was apprehensive at first because they only had 4 reviews (all positive). The site is not flashy, but clear: they list exactly which IBM Microdrive model is eligible for rebate and which isn't. The salesperson was patient, courteous, and does NOT pester you into buying anything (this is a major sticking point with other retailers). I ordered on Tue night (they open till 7pm), item shipped on Wed, arrived on Thu as ordered. Glad someone finally got it right! |

I was scared to use them because of the lack of feedback but they had the best price excluding those with a lot of bad feedback. I was shocked by how fast they responded. I got an e-mail confirmation within hours and my microdrive arrived two days later. No problems whatsoever. |

Answer 1: I don't know but I'm sure it was shipped on 1/15. Answer 2: I can't track your order because you didn't ask for UPS (Fyi, I use the cheapest shipping, via USPS. And I only want to know whether it has been shipped, NOT tracking). Answer 3: It was shipped on 1/18 (wrong!). Positives: items in good condition, no waiting to reach custserv. |

I have no complaints about D-Store. My IBM Microdrive arrived within a week without hassles.(using the lowest cost shipping). Their customer service was completely eager to help me when I called for a status. Would certainly buy again from this company. |
