I guess I am kind of spoiled by some of the other auto on line stores. I will say this was the best price even after shipping costs were averaged in. (as far as 99-05 grand am halo ccflled headlamps are concerned) I got a one year warranty for $30.00 more than the other guys were charging and I feel better about the purchase since it covers condensation. I had issues with this within a year on a previous set I purchased at another online auto store for my explorer. Still it would have been great to have a break on the shipping for first time customers. If we at least purchase a warranty that is. Just a thought... Not that I am ungreatful for the oppritunity to purchase a warranty. Other merchants with similar prices didn't offer that. Still that shipping rate was a few dollars shy the price of a warranty. I also found a 10% off coupon only shown of the home page. I found the lights on a search engine, and saw no reason to go to the home page. 10% would have paid for the shipping. Not good. Secondly, they did not update their shipping log, so it appeared that I had paid for product that had not yet shipped. I called - they answered, "Hello" instead of like a real company. I am pretty sure they are a website front run out of someone's house, with vendors that drop-ship for them. Not that this is bad or unusual, but keeping the front up to make people think you have a warehouse is important... things like sending tracking information immediately when that info is available, and answering your phone with the company name. Product due in on Monday. We shall see about the quality.	Overall Rating

Seems like a small out-of-home company that does not care much for customer service. I have emailed and called three or four times and left messages with no call back. I would have liked a couple of questions answered before I purchased. The warranty information is not very clear and the prices are not posted. I have an uneasy feeling about what will come but I ordered anyways because the prices are very good. I will try and leave a review after I get delivery of the part.	Overall Rating
