Strengths: none

Weaknesses: does not work for razor v3m. updates to latest and will not keep the ringtone converter it will back up the phone but that is it.

This program is not worth the money, it does not work as advertised it started out with a ringtone converter than it upgraded which I had to do to connect to my razor v3m and I lost the ringtone converter and all it will do is back up the phone book.

Don't waste your money.

What service do you have with your Razr? I've heard that if you try to use this with Verizon, it does exactly what you're talking about (I have the program & it seems to work fine w/ Cingular)

Agreed. Upgraded from Alltel V3c to Alltel V3m. Upgraded from MPT 4.0 to the "newest version" last night. Immediately, phonebook became crippled, though file transfer of ringtones works fine. "Your phone cannot synchronize now. If you are performing an "Over the Air" sync or backup please complete this first and then try again."

I am not performing anything. Insulting and irritating; can't transfer over 100+ contacts en masse because of bugs, but I can get my ringtones back? Not worth the $30+.
