Using the Razr v3m with Motorola Phone Tools 4.0

Strengths: Product works fine once you get it installed correctly. But....

Weaknesses: No help included to resolve problem with the v3m. Requires trial and error by the owner.

But it takes some time to get the installation right if your phone isn't listed on the program, and it is supposed to work with with the program. I Had to reinstall 3 times using different phone names listed because my razr v3m isn't on the list of phones. And if you don't have a name that is accepted the multimedia section of the program won't be available to use.

Can you recall what phone you chose that DID work for the v3m? Motorola says it supports the v3m, but it's not in the lost with the most current update installed.
