It features the OmniForm Filler/Data Manager that maintains a database of information about the user and automatically fills in information that has been provided on previous forms so that the user can expedite the filling out of forms on his/her own PC. It ensures form and data integrity by allowing users with PKI or entrust authentication to lock the form when signed. OmniForms intuitive user interface enables the quick and easy customization of your forms. My omniform program 3.0 I purchaed years ago from Care Co works great.

Posted 1 year ago - The Omniform program does not operate as advertised and I have removed it from my computer and put back in its original cd sleeve and back into the original box. It is taking up space on my shelf and is usless to me. I would like to return it and cancel my order and get a credit for it. Refusing to accept an inferior product back is really poor business on your part. I would like to think that the customer should be satisfied and that the your company values their customers. I would really appreciate if you could help in solving this matter.
