Prices are great. Option to buy manufacturer or off-brand fairly presented. Shipping costs seem high to me, and it says 2 to 3 days, but when I checked out, it said I should call if I haven't received the toner in 6 business days. That alarms me. but, we will see. The two boxes of toner arrived in a very timely manner. However, one toner was broken open and black powder was everywhere, including on us when we opened the package. The other toner was covered with a light coating and toner, and we had to use it because we were out. It was not great, but it was useable. We won't buy this again. |

Databazaar also has great prices, items in stock, delivery is timely and accurate. We had one occasion where an item needed to be returned and the return process was very quick and easy. It's easy to get in touch with a live person if needed. We will definitely order here again. |

DataBazaar.com almost always has a 5% discount going and gives free delivery. I've never had a problem with the inks ordered from them. This time delivery was a lot slower than my experiences before. Rather than ship the next day, it took them 5 days to ship this time and they didn't email me when the shipment went out. I had to call them. In the past I've always been pleased with how quickly I've received the merchandise. I was desperate for the ink this time, so placed another order order with Staples and received free delivery the next day. |

I use this merchant regularly and always have been extremely satisfied. Shipping charges are very reasonable, quick delivery and on one occasion when we received a defective toner cartridge they resolved the matter very quickly. I highly recommend this vendor. |
