I just ordered my product so I can't tell you in what condition I received it or how quickly I got it. The only thing that I didn't really like was that there was a $5.00 fee for orders under $25.00. |

A little hard to follow instructions about new member. Retailer Response (06/29/2004): We spoke to HelenVV of Iowa. She will definitely order again and found the process to be straight forward and easy to use. She admits that she may have confused our store with another, as we do not have a "members only" area. I was pleased with the way the merchandise was offered, i.e. a single item versus a minimum of 6 on other websites. I will definitely use this merchant when I need to order toner cartriges in the future. |

After calling and making a specific request, customer service failed to e-mail me shipment tracking information as promised. ISSI apparently doesn't offer a shipment tracking mechanism or procedure to its customers.... as is the norm with most online resellers today. |
