ISSI Business serves as a wonderful example of how service should be handled in today's marketplace. Orders are processed rapidly and correctly. ISSI's sales reps provide a level of detail to each customer and order that surpass most competitors. All the while, ISSI remains highly competitive on pricing. This was an overall great experience. ISS has the best prices for Verbatim media on the net. I will purchase all of my Verbatim DVD & CD media from ISS in the future. |

Great vendor, no surprises. Communicative (via emails), I got what I expected, when I expected, at the price I expected. Shipping was more that Pricegrabber.com's compare screen said it would be, but I knew the accurate amount before placing the order with ISSI. I would order from them again. |

Customer service is OUTSTANDING! Shipping was lightning fast and accurate! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MERCHANT AND I WILL USE CONTINUALLY IN THE FUTURE! These guys will get ALL of my business for the products they sell!I really cannot say enough... They called me via phone within 2 hours of my placing my order to confirm, then SHIPPED it within 3 hours, I received it the next day even though I only paid for 2nd day air...
