I ordered a EEE PC 1000HA 160GB XP Fine Eb and when it arrived it continuously restarted so frequently that it didn't even finish booting. So I sent that one back ($20) and the guy told me they would "upgrade" me for my trouble. They then sent me a EEE PC 1005HA Crystal Black Ne. My upgrade was not an upgrade at all, the 1005HA is less expensive than the 1000HA. After being without a computer (while they held my money) for over a month I decided to just send it back to them. Now they are claiming that they never received it but they won't communicate with me. Don't buy from this company! |

Ordered a netbook case on 5/10/09. As of today, 6/5, I have not received it. Three email messages sent to Datavision have gone unanswered. I also called them twice. The first time, on May 20th, I was told it was supposed to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, but they didn't know why it wasn't. I was then told they had the item in stock (at Datavision) & would send it the next day. I called again on 5/27 & was told it was to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, that it should come in a couple of days. I asked what happened to what I was told on the 20th. The only response I received was that it would be drop shipped from the manufacturer - with no comment on what I was told on the 20th. On June 1st I initiated a dispute with PayPal, to which Datavision has yet to respond. This is definitely not a merchant you want to deal with. STAY AWAY - regardless of any lower pricing you may find with them. It won't do you any good if you never receive the product. |

The order was made per internet on 5/9/2009 to date no product has arrived. The tracking number is unavailable for tracking. I have contacted the merchant twice by phone (to which they were suppose to email me a new tracking number - product was now to be dropped shopped from mfg)no email has been received to date. I have also sent an email asking for an update and have received no return email. |

Our $3,500 order still hasn't showed up and I have called 3 times (always get voice mail and my call is never returned) and emailed half a dozen. No replies. They are shady and unethical and I can't state strongly enough what a bad experience we have had. |

Ordered late Thursday afternoon with UPS next day air. The item arrived early on Monday. Item was exactly what I had ordered. However, I needed to return for a refund due to outside circumstances. So I called Customer Service for a RMA# and had no problems at all. |

Stay away from them! After sending in my defective product, and paying for the return shipping, they shipped me ANOTHER DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! Now, when I want to return this defective one instead of an exchange, I have to pay additional shipping AND a 15% restocking fee! A restocking fee on a defective product? Are you kidding me? Additionally, customer service rep Eli was suggesting it was MY fault it was defective, was very RUDE, and refused to not charge me a restocking fee. I ordered a new AC adapter from the manufacturer, with OVERNIGHT SHIPPING that was CHEAPER than Datavis's 2 DAY shipping! Explain that! Terrible business, NEVER USE THEM! |

- Datavision is the one and only horrible experience I have with online purchase - For 2 weeks the order was not processed. On final call before supposedly shipping product, it was told the product will be shipped in 2 days. On day before, the status says the order is awaiting processing. The next day, the order is canceled by the morons (John Griffin and his jokers) at datavision. The reason is that the stupids at datavision think the credit card is not good without even charging the card to bank. I have used the same Amex card for so many purchases (both online and direct). When asked for the reason on e-mail, I get a different story (that the product is out-of-stock when they canceled). But on placing order for the same product, the subsequent day, using Bank of America Visa card, the morons at datavision say that they would take the order only by wire transfer! These guys at Datavision live in 19th century. Now, I see similar problems with Datavision reported by others. |

I received a defective product and returned it for replacement. While trying to talk to Customer Support, I had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes, all the time being forced to listen to a recording of their marketing spam. After a 3 week wait, they sent me the same item I had returned, still broken, without any note of any kind. After another 20 minute wait for Customer Support, they disconnected my call. It's impossible to deal with this company. |

Ordered a blue-ray player as a Christmas gift. Very good price. Web site stated that it was in stock at time of order. Processed my cc on Dec. 17th. Still waiting for shipment (more than 30 days to date). Have called numerous times and e-mailed many times without any response. Put on hold for more than an hour each time I call. Very poor service! Will contact BBB to see if they can help. |

I will never use them again - I paid for 3 day express shipping, and got it 5-6 BUSINESS days later. That's alright, because it might have been UPS' fault, but the box says to not use it for 3 Day Express, and they never replied to my e-mail asking why there was a delay. That's all well and good, but my AC Adapter finally showed up and DIDN'T EVEN WORK. After 15 minutes on hold, I get an RMA number and have to PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. That's right folks, if you get a defective product, you will have to PAY MORE AND WAIT LONGER to get a working one! Customer Service Rep "George" tried convincing me that it wasn't their fault, and how could it be? They're just the merchant. Datavision has never heard of nor has any interest in customer service... Summary: Using them is a gamble; even if the price is more expensive, you can find better merchants out there...stay away from this one! |

This was an exceptionally bad online purchasing experience. I went with the lowest price here and got exactly what I paid for. The merchandise was damaged upon arrival, customer service was a nightmare and the people are incredibly rude. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. |

Terrible service. The item I ordered was listed as 'in stock', then after 8 days of waiting and no shipping confirmation e-mail I called to check and was told that it was actually 'out of stock'. Even after I called, I checked online again and the product was STILL listed as 'in stock'. I'd be very wary of this company! I even e-mailed customer service to confirm the new estimated deliver timeline and to inform them of the false 'in stock' advertising. As of today, I (1) do not have the product I ordered weeks ago and (2) have still yet to receive a reply from customer service about an estimated delivery date (... I e-mailed them about a week ago now). For what it's worth, at least now the product is listed as 'out of stock'. |

I am the farthest from a "reviewing" person as you can get. So imagine how upset I must be to go through the trouble of registering with pricegrabber, waiting for the "confirmation" number to be sent to my email, to validate my account, and now to be writing this review. I am smart enough NOT to deal with scammers like these, but unfortunately, they happened to be the ONLY supplier on the web currently carrying a particular home theater system I was looking for. So I went to the store, pretty much expecting the worse. Let me tell you, these guys were ten times worse than I expected. Frankly, I'm too pissed and fried to get into the details, but please, do yourselves a favor and stay far away from the store. It's not just the time you waste, but the feeling of anger and frustration you'll experience for the rest of the day after dealing with these a-holes. |

Very good customer service. I did contact several times to resolve questions regarding my credit card. Phone waiting was pretty long but that is to be expected this time of year. Item arrived as promised with the lowest combined price online, when expedited shipping was included. I would order again. |
