I was pleased that the price was lower than other sites, but when it arrived, it was not the color I ordered. I went back to the website and could not find the exact item I had ordered, so I assume they sold out. It would have been nice if they had informed me that it was out of stock and given me the options instead of simply shipping a different one. |

I wanted the old design (stock) of this product and Datavision was showing the old design of the product on their website. I specifically emailed customer service before purchasing to verify that the product they were selling was the old design as pictured and not the new design (stock) that Sony has out now. I received a reply from them stating that the item WAS as pictured, however the product I received from them after purchasing WAS the new design which was what I did NOT want. Customer service either lies to you or they are too lazy to really check their stock. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I'm out the $9.00 they charged me to ship the crap I didn't want and I'm also out shipping costs to return. WORTHLESS COMPANY!!! |

I ordered 10 metal enamel camping plates. I was shipped 6 and was told 4 were on backorder. Of the 6 I recieved, three were one design and the other three were a different design. I needed the plates for the weekend after I recieved them so I decided to return the 6 as they did not match. With Datavision's return policy, even though I recieved non matching plates, I was going to be charged for shipping them back plus not have the original shipping refunded. Hard to understand why if they ship the wrong items to me (non matching plates) why I have to pay for their error. Definitely would not recommend Datavision to anyone. |

Because of the amount of purchase (over $700) the company required that I fax photo proof for my credit card and identity. It was an unexpected and unusual request. That being said, they had a great price and my new computer arrived in a timely manner. Also, their customer service was easy to reach and helpful in answering all my questions. |

Just about the best online experience I have had. And I shop online a lot. Ordered computer on a Sunday, it was shipped out on Monday and arrived safe and sound on Wednesday. I would absolutely recommend this seller to a friend, and probably will the next time someone asks me where to buy a laptop. Thanks. |

I just placed my order as it was the best price available for the Sony Digi cam and know what !! while i was placing my order I got another 5$ off by entering the COUPON code that you get when you SMS to the no. that is mentioned on the website. Overall placing order at the lowest price is fine. Now the wait is for the delivery. Got to see how genuine they are in the delivery and the product. I am back to update my comments after receiving the delivery of my SONY HX9V digi cam. I have received the product just within 4 days with FREE SHIPPING and that was fantastic. Everything was perfect with package except that the Digi cam ZOOM lens was giving noice whenever I was trying to ZOOM and ZOOM off, I was not sure if that was how the cam is or the piece I got is a defective one :-( But overall I am satisfied with the entire stuff. |

I just ordered a cell phone case from this company on line. When I received the confirmation, I noticed I had ordered the wrong one. I immediately called customer service to cancel my order and place another order. The person I talked to, Billy, said that he couldn't do anything for me. Sorry. That's it. No help at all. Told me to refuse the package when it was shipped to me. His customer service was horrible, setting aside the fact that he wouldn't help me. I DO NOT recommend this store. |

Would not accept either of two credit cards which are both valid cards. I did mistype a digit in my zip code for the first attempt with the first card. I call hoping to place order and representative said he could not place order. POOR Service. |
