Don't waste your time. After receiving your payment, they don't call you. My order was placed more than 2 weeks ago and they run out of stock. When I called they said they will check and get back to me, but they never did. |

Product arrived as promised and was as advertised. The CD could be improved though--it would be good for the CD to explain the structure of the exercise program as well as showing how to do the exercises. |
