Despite the phone call to try and upsell the camera I ordered, which I fell for, dbuys honored what the deal was and shipped quick and were available on the phone when I had questions. I will absolutely buy from them again as they had the best deal, almost suspiciously good but proved to be the real thing |

I sould nt go through this, if i ordered it, it should be shipped directly with an info (below details) i placed an order on 11 th and did not receive any news about shipment,so i e-mailed them on 14 th regarding the status of the product.(whether it s been shiped or it will be shiped soon etc)but no answer and today is 15 th. and i called them and e mailed them still no answer no news. (on 16th they finally answered and said i ll have the shipment on 21 came 23 th. |

I paid for 3-day shipping and my order was shipped Ground. I had a gig to use this camera on that I'll now have to miss. Not good. UPDATE - the shipment arrived incomplete; the battery for the camera was missing and I was only sent two of the three UV filters I'd ordered, and even that was incorrect as I was sent two of one size when I only needed one of that particular size. |

The brand new Yamaha receiver that I bought was "gray market", no US warranty, but I bought the extended 3 year warranty. 100 days later the receiver died. DBUYS wouldn't take it back and told me to use the extended warranty. It has been repaired 4 times and never worked. The warranty service company can't figure out what's wrong and Yamaha refuses to touch it because DBUYS is not an authorized dealer. |

I am still waiting for a detailed copy of our order to be emailed to me. There was a problem with the ship to address and we were never notified. Found out only after calling them about the paperwork. Wonder if we would be receiving our shipment on time if we had not called dbuys. |

Poor for 3 reasons. 0: I gave DBuys an opportunity to address 1&2 13 days ago and got no response. 1: Order acknowledgments and invoice lacked itemized pricing. 2: When I called to change my shipping method, the person I talked with talked me into adding a memory card to my order. I told him I’d already researched SDHC cards; 16 GB cards were available at for 1/3 the price he was quoting, so I’d go there. He explained that I wasn’t making a valid comparison because the camera requires a “high quality error free card – not like the cheap ones”. When I received what turned to be a Super Talent 16 GB SDHC card, it was exactly the same as the one I was planning to buy from for $32.95+$6.29 shipping – rather than the “sale price” of something like $100 that your salesman gave me. That ate up the price advantage that brought be to DBuys in the first place, and the experience left me with a grumpy “buyer beware” feeling that I can’t trust the people at DBuys. |

One thing you have to be aware of with dbuys -- they will not ship your order until AFTER they have had an opportunity to speak to you on the phone and try to upsell you. While this isn't actively malicious -- you can always just say no -- it is sufficiently annoying that I really won't do business with them again. |

The product I bought, the popup items that would be extra was wrong on the internet, So The sale person called me and stated that he wanted to fix that problem too insure I got the correct items that when with it was correct. He was very knowledgable about the porduct and corrected it.Thanks |

The camera was as promised. However, the sales person encouraged me to get the "package" as it was a special deal. I was told they are better than other internet vendors on price, as they were on the camera. However, when I received the order and compared prices, I was overcharged about $94.00 compared to the least expensive comparable vendor. On my third call to get this rectified to what was assured and promised, I was told they could give me a small credit and an "extended warranty", which I accepted because it was the best I could get. I should not have agreed to the "Package deal" without examining it first, I know, but I also feel I was mis-led and then directly lied to about what the actual prices and discounts were. Conclusion: Purchase from Dbuys.com only that which you have well researched for best price, as spontaneous purchases they suggest will be even higher than local retail. The price on the camera itself was very good. |

Was my worst experience in the net.. they bill me $52.00 more than the price of my camera, never answer my phone calls or my fax .. can't help me online.. nobody gave me a reason of the over billing. they bill me the shipping no matter than when i make my checkout said that shipping was free.. anyway the shipping was a little problem that i can acept it.. but why i have to pay more for my camera than the price the show me in my checkout?... i will never shop in this site again and of course my family, friends and all i know. |

Ordered a pioneer receiver with free standard shipping Was very happy with the quick turn-around. Was expecting 7 days and received it in 3 days. There was a phone confirmation of the order which seems to be the practice now, with an offer of an extended warranty. I declined and there was no further pressure to buy. I am very satisfied with the service and the product. I would recommend Dbuys to anyone. |

Product and price were just as advertised, the lowest price I could find on the Internet for this camera. When the salesperson called with the obligatory upsell call, I told him that I had already purchased some accessories and he simply wished me a nice day rather than engaging in the hard sell. Overall, I was very pleased with the product and the service. |

The order went well, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I was looking forward to getting my camera and accessories, altogether over an over $1,100 order. I even cancelled my local order for the camera because I was told the camera was in stock at dbuys.com and would be shipped right away. The camera came in locally 3 days later. I never heard anything back from dbuys regarding my order or order status. When I called my account rep (Ronald X ) he said I would need to speak to customer service. I was transferred, held a long time, then was hung up on. However, when I spoke to a manager, he apologized for the experience and let me know the camera would be in today or tomorrow and he'd send it overnight at no additional charge, which I really appreciate. |

I wanted just a Canon Rebel T2i camera body but they are difficult to come by because they are only sold in kits right now. Dbuys broke a camera kit and sent me just the body. A+ customer service there. A couple of minor problems: The kit that was broken up for me came from Great Britain and had instruction manuals in French, German, Italian, and Dutch. I was able to download the English version from canonusa.com. Since the kit came from Great Britain, it had a European electrical cord for the battery charger. An American cord cost me $3.99 at Frys Electronics. Overall, though, I'd definitely buy from this company again. |
