Prices unbeatable. Website doesn't allow for online checking of order status. No email order confirmation at time of order (must print confirmation page off website) and I still don't have a tracking number. All problems seem to have to do with the website and/or availability of information. More email communication would help.	Overall Rating

They are selling "Grey market" products even after I confirmed via phone conversation that they sell US models. Dealing with this company has been a fiasco. When I requested a return # or RMA# they tried to offer me a 3 year warranty at no charge. Nikon stated they would never touch this camera if I had kept it because it was not intended to be sold in the US. This order was placed on Oct. 14th, 2009 and to date I still have no camera. I returned the "grey market" camera via express mail to expedite the process and receive a US product and DBUYS sent a replacement camera to the wrong address via slow mail. They are unwilling to expedite shipping to get their camera picked up and to rectify this situation. Camera is being returned and I will be purchasing from another company. **Make sure you buy from "authorized Nikon dealer"!!!!! DBUYS IS NOT, and I found out the hard way.	Overall Rating

They followed up promptly and gave me a tracking number. The player arrived via UPS on time. Unfortunately, the brand new LG BD390 player had a manufacturing defect. I called DBuys to let them know, and they immediately agreed to replace the faulty device, and refund the money I spent to ship the blu-ray player back.	Overall Rating

It did take longer than expected for the unit to be shipped (I had to email them to ask for status - especially since I did not get an email confirmation when I placed my order). I received the unit a few days ago but the speaker wire order was missing. I emailed them asking to see if it will be shipped but it has been a couple of days and I have not received a response. I do have to give credit to their shipping department – the receiver was well packaged. In short, customer service and order processing have some room for improvement.	Overall Rating

I didn't get a confirmation email which kind of worried me but they responded promptly when I sent an email to ask if my order was processed. The player was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Their price was the lowest I found and I would definitely use this vendor again. I spoke to a representative .. ext 227 and he lied to me about the duration of the standard battery that comes with both of the cameras purchased .. I really hope he pulls through for me ... I spent a little over $2000 and extra for the 2-3 day shipping .. today is Tuesday I hope they get here by Friday at the latest! Latest!!!!!! I received my order and was not happy! I received an international order instead of the US. They knew what they did & I honestly feel cheated out. When I called customer service they agreed to me returning it unfortunetly I needed my Sony HVR-HD1000U or should I say HD1000N desperatly for a very important event and was really forced to keep it!
