well I am very pleased with Dbuys I bought a sony dcr-trv17 from them and had no pressure about buying accessories with it like the cheaper priced companies I called before them. I bought it on friday and got on monday like they promised. I will shop with them again!!! |

After doing a lot of research on July 23, 2001 I ordered the JVC GR-DVP3U from Dbuys.com using 2 day FedEx. Two hours later someone called me to confirm the order and also tried to sell me some accessories. I received the camera on July 25, 2001, everything looks great so far and I am very happy with their service. |

Shopping for an Olympus C-700 digital camera, I found Dbuys.com offered a little less product detail than on other sites, but their price was 20+% less. I received a confirmation phone call within a couple hours with a soft sell to purchase an add'l memory card, which I declined with no hassle. The camera shipped as promised and I received the tracking# via email. I'll be back to shop here again. |

I got a terrific price on a camera that just came out and unlike other vendors I tried, their shipping cost was fair and the cost of accessory items (battery, memory stick) were good. The camera was amongst the least expensive I'd seen anywhere, the accessory items in the middle of the pack or lower. Phone sales was knowledgable and the shipment left when they said it would and arrived before they thought it would. I'd go back in a heartbeat. I thank those here who led me in their direction. |

WOW! I'm speechless! These people ROCK! After trying to buy an Olympus C-2040 for 2 months from other 'low-price' vendors & getting jerked around after I refused their hard-sell accessories (talk about frustration!), dbuys came thru in flying colors!!! Ordered digital camera online on Monday. Since status on their site said "Processing," called Tuesday and was told it should ship that day. I was expecting it to arrive in about a week, or more. It arrived the following day, Wednesday. Hadn't checked my e-mail. If I had, would have found their e-mail to me on Monday stating pkg shipped that day. Good service, price, & product as advertised. |

These people are great! Ordered a Sony Mavica 300 camera on Monday, no hard sell, not pushy at all, had the camera on Friday. Price was $5 cheaper than listed, shipping was $24.90. I highly recommend them! |

Although not the lowest price for the SONY TRV17 miniDV camcorder, these guys had the best rating -- and they earned it! No hassles, no upsells, instock, arrived in two days - SAVE TIME - buy from these guys - Balinda was very helpful - camera has dropped in price since last week! |

I ordered a Sony DCR-TRV17 digital camcorder. I knew what I wanted, and was not pressured to purchase any additional accessories. Price was great, service was great, the camera was delivered in the factory sealed box in 2 days as requested. In short, the experience was a very good one and will recommend them to others. |

Everything as promised- and delivered a day early! I bought a Canon ELURA2MC digital camcorder & 2nd-level accessory kit. Accessories might be a little more than if you shopped a different place for each thing, but convenience and shipping savings made it worth buying an accessory kit, I thought. All accessories work with camcorder. |

I was very impressed with my experience. I placed an order with three web-based companies and cancelled them because of the pressure to buy "extra" things and the delay in shipping my purchase. The SONY DCR-TRV830 I ordered from DBuy was received in half the shipping time promised, in very good order and with NO pressure to buy "extra" stuff. And, the sales person was very polite. I highly recommend that you shop around; but, come back here for quality service. |

A first rate experience. I purchased a Canon ZR25 camcorder for $597.00. Retail at Birmingham Circuit City was $799.00 + tax. Camera arrived via 2nd day air as promised in a well-padded box. I will buy from Dbuys again. |

After making retailer selection from PriceGrabber (balancing price with quality rating) I chose DBuys. I bought a Sony HandyCam 9 from Scott. He was obnoxiously aggressive but also knowledgeable. Bought on a Wednesday morning and (using their standard FedEx 5-7 day delivery) I received it on Friday (2 days later)! Amazing! The order was filled accurately and billed as ordered. I'm extremely happy and would use them again. (Camera is GREAT!) |

Other companies tried to sell me the international version of the Sony TRV730 which comes with virtually nothing. I ordered the camer from ZeroDelivery (a most fitting name) on Monday and was told it would be here by Thursday. Called them Thursday and it was still in the warehouse. Cancelled my order with ZeroDelivery. Then called DBUYS Thursday evening and talked with Scott. Thanks to him I have my camera on the way and will be here by Saturday. Thanks for the no bull**** sales. |

Dbuys.com is great. Ordered an Olympus C2100 camera. Placed the order on August 1. Dbuys.com filled and shipped the order that day. On August 3, it arrived at my home in CA. Thanks reviewers for your evaluations. Dbuys was polite and knowledgeable without pushing for a sale. Everything was new and packaged nicely. Prices were competitive and the sales service was first rate. Most accessories were discounted, one as much as 50%. I highly recommend them. |

Ordered a Canon G1 Digital on 7/31/00 from dbuys (not the very best price i found, but i choose them because of other reviews and nearly the best price),Yes a salesman phoned to "check details" ie accessories but he wasn't pushy (it's their job after all!) 4 days later the camera arrived.( haven't checked it but it looks ok) Keep it up guys, this is the future !! |

Found Dbuys.com on Pricegrabber to be the lowest legitimate price For the Sony TRV-30. Spoke with Bob he was polite and patient. Offered me a kit for 189.99(Batt, case, uv filter, cleaning kit and 2 tapes) that I couldn't refuse. Promised it would ship in 48 hrs but to my surprise it arrived in 48 hrs. I would definitely buy from them again. |

WOW! I can't say enough nice about this outfit. I ordered the new Fuji 6900 at a great price and NO ACCESSORIES. They called to verify my order and point out that there would be no shipping charge for accessories. I declined to order any. The camera shipped the same day and arrived this morning. After the bait and switch scam (out of stock if you don't buy accessories) of several other discounters I tried, this is really refreshing. Very Highly Recommended. |
