My normal vendor couldn't get this power supply and if they had it, I would have paid 4 times as much as what you offered it. Next time, I'll check out your web site first when I need something. |

The order process went fine. The only disappointment was that I ordered 2 motherboards that were, and still are, listed as new. The motherboards I received were used, and had been used for several months as evidenced by the error log in the bios. The error logs showed errors spanning over 6 months. The boards had physical signs of use also, the screw holes had been marred. I sent an email to Deal-Stop customer support letting them know I received used motherboards asking them to update the website description, but over a week later I haven't heard back from them. The boards seem to work fine, but they're definitely not new as advertised. |

Order arrived as expected. However it was not fully functional. My attempts to conact the seller were stonewalled.UPDATE.. after 5 tries and some insisting I actually got the customer service rep to talk to me about the problem... wow... The return request stated that I would be contacted within two days...Gimme a break. This seller says customer service is a priority. PROVE IT! Will never buy here again. Every consumer may have to deal with defective product one day, just hope you don't have to deal with these guys about it as they just leave you hanging. Note they do not offer cross shipping. You have to ship yours back 5-7 days, wait for seller to ship 5-7 days. They really don't seem too concerned about resolving defective product situations. |
