I ordered two monitors from Deal-Stop. One of the monitors had bad pixels. When I asked to return the monitor with the bad pixels, the salesman said he would have to refer me to their customer service division, which NEVER called me. I think what ticked me off more than anything was that the salesman was very friendly until I had a problem, then became cold as ice. Highly recommend staying away from these people. Thank you for the quick shipping, it came very fast. I highly recommend this merchant. The only thing I ask is... 'Do you have a price guarantee'? I just noticed you lowered your product price and shipping price to be $6 less than what I just paid last week. |

(Edited March 25th by ceciliaskid) Deal-stop sent me a defective product, and made me pay to return the defective product to them. That's their policy. On the second try, they lost my order. There is no customer service at Deal-stop.com. There is no number you can call to speak with a customer service person. You can call a sales person, as I did, and he will tell you that customer service will get back to you. In my case, even after many calls, customer service never called me back. Deal-stop is sketchy. Avoid them. Retailer Response (03/29/2004): Dear valued customer, we apologize for any inconvenience. We sell brand new, factory sealed products. It is impossible to tell if the item could be defective. We try our best to resolve problems and have processed an exchange for your immediately. The replacement SB5100 cable modem was lost by FedEx. The reason it took longer is because we filed a claim with FedEx and waited for them to process it. We've reimbursed you in full amount (price of the item & shipping charges you paid originally), The credit was processed to your credit card today. Sincerely, Deal-Stop.com Customer Service. |

It is unreal how much I saved at Deal-Stop on this JBL sub.It was almost half the price of a big chain store in my area. Then to top it off it appears on my doorstep the next day via Ground shipping. The product was as advertised factory fresh and works perfect.I highly recommend DealStop for any of your online shopping needs> |

Never too sure about buying from an online retailer I've never dealt with before, but it was great. Very quick shipping, the JBL speakers were less than 1/2 of a major chain, and they arrived in perfect order. Would definitely buy again. |

I placed an order on 12/13, was told item was in stock and would be shipped and received in 3-5 days. Received an email saying item shipped on 12/17 and should be received in 3-5 days. Will not be able to present gift as planned. Why the delay? Retailer Response (12/21/2004): Dear customer, we apologize for a slight delay. Due to the busy holiday season some orders got processed little slower then usual. We made sure that all open orders have gone out before the cut off date to make it to the customer before the Christmas weekend. Your order was shipped on December 17th, which allows enough time to deliver the package by December 24th (Friday before Christmas) to any point in the United States from our warehouse. I ordered 2 sets of speakers on 12/8. 1st set of speakers arrived in days, great. But there was no explanation as to where the other speakers were. I called a few times to ask, turns out they were on back-order & they didn't have an ETA. A month later, 1/8, I received the other set of speakers. They were to be a christmas gift, it would've been nice if they would have told me they weren't in stock before I ordered them. The communication could've been much better. |

The vendor's refund system made some mistake with my return and it was corrected after I contacted the vendor. The vendor is willing to work to resolve issue. Make sure you understand vendor policy before buying. |

Ordered a Targus Leather Notebook case. Paid $71.99 for item. Received an HP case that did not fit my laptop. After a difficult time CONVINCING CUSTOMER SERVICE it was the wrong item, paid extra to ship it back. They did not ackknowledge they received merchandise until I called with the tracking # which proved they had signed for it. Received email a month after the purchase date saying my credit card had been credited for $55.25. Don't know where they came up with this random figure from. |

I RECEIVED MY PRODUCT VERY QUICKLY (IN THREE DAYS) AND I WOULD BUY AGAIN. I WAS NERVOUS AT FIRST BECAUSE I DO NOT BUY VEY MUCH ON THE INTERNET. Received my shipment in timely manner product defective had to pay to send back:( received replacement, not in new box, had windows service pack 2 disc. so from my perspective it was a driver issue and i paid to return and was out of drive for a week. overall decent price but after shipping and return shipping could have gotten at local store for less. would buy again maybe. rma service reps did fine job. no problem with customer service. |

Hazzle free purchase. Did not have anything to do further after I placed the online order. Promptly received confimations of the purchase and fedex delivery information. Received the merchandise in 6 days delivered via ground shipment. The only thing that I noticed is that it seems that the box for my order (a subwoofer) has already been previously opened. Otherwise the subwoofer looks new (no scratch at all) and it is perfectly working. I would not hesitate to buy from this store again. |
