I ordered what I thought was OCZ memory. It was misrepresented on pricegrabber. I entered OCZ and brought up 3 vendors. When I received the dimms, they showed up as generic. I immediately sent an email advising bzboys as such. Within 10 minutes I received a response to my email from bzboys with an apology and confirming that the way Pricegrabber listed the memory was miss leading. Bzboys immediatley sent me a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label to send the memory back for a full refund. No hastle, no mess. I will definetly look forward and without hesitation purchasing from bzboy when I am in need. Thankyou bzboys for your customer service. Something most other companies lack. DealHubUSA's Response: Thank you for the nice feedback. We hope you and other customers will contact Pricegrabber to ask that they highlight the condition of the product more prominently.
