the service from this company is horrid, I ordered the hardware well over a week ago and received no confirmation or idea of items stock status. 3 emails, no response, 2 phone calls and nearly 9 days later I was told it shipped today. For a company that prides itself on service this is totally unacceptable. I am told the item will arrive in 6days, that amounts to nearly 3 weeks for a very ordinary bunch of hardware. |

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company over the internet. I ordered 4 items 8/14/11. Two arrived quickly, although one was damaged and had to be returned. The other two were "backordered". One finally arrived, the other, despite numerous phone calls and emails, had still not arrived after 4 months. There were lots of claims of "that was shipped" or "that will be shipped in 2 days" but was not. I will NEVER do business with them again and I recommend that you avoid them and their shady business practices. You will never finish your remodeling project if you are relying on them for your components. |

We'll see how long it takes to get here .. its all the way across the country, but shouldn't be more than 10 days. Discount plus coupon, plus free shipping enticed me. Uneven customer reports has me wondering. We'll see. |

Nothing has arrived yet. This company appears to send out no information re order processing, shipping dates, tracking numbers, or other useful information. They haven't answered e-mails or phone messages. I finally got through on the phone and got what I felt were fuzzy answers as to when my order would be shipped. I picked this company because they had the lowest price. However, in my opinion they are not customer friendly. If I had my choice I'd cancel this order, pay more, and find a merchant that is easier to do business with. |
