The best customer service I ever had, someone Joe helped me very much he went out of his way only I should have my lock on time he called UPS for me and what not. No one such good prices like decorglamour. I would recommend every one I know to shop at decorglamour.com |

Ordered 5/13, they charged my credit card 5/15, advertised product would ship in 48 hours, called 5/22 and was told it would ship in 2 or 3 days. I was put on hold for 4 minutes, hung up and had to call them back. |

Prices are good but there is no communication. Shipping is advertised to ship in 48 hours, but it took more than 4 weeks and a request to cancel my order before it was shipped. Trying to make returns has lead to no response from any of the emails on the website. |

I placed my order 2 weeks ago. Zero communicaion from the vendor as to the status. My multiple emails and phone calls ignored. Nobody ever picks up the phone no matter what department you try to call. |

Purchased $400 Emtek handles. They had the best price. Product arrived as ordered. Initially there were some hiccups with the order and delivery. With the hiccups in the beginning, they actually let me pay for the items after arrival. I think they are a new small company and needs to work on the communication and shipping procedures. However, in my case, would definitely deal with them again. My emails were always answered within days. Great pricing, a little slow on delivery. Reliable as far as I am concerned. PS Joe was responsive to emails and questions. |

Am still disputing the order. Only 1/2 of the order shipped and they refuse to respond to emails or voice messages. Communication is terrible as is order fulfillment. |

(Edited February 09th by milf75) Order took 27 days to arrive. During that time, there was no communication. Had to call for a tracking number. When I received the package, it was missing 4 items. They blamed UPS, even though the package was sealed when it arrived. They say they are mailing me the missing items. Will update review if items are received. |

I received the original order in a timely fashion, but it was the wrong finish. There was considerable problem getting the correct item shipped, but they tell me they are now a totally new company. They ARE offering to ship me the correct piece at their own cost. Once it has arrived, I can re-comment on ship time. |

After reading the negative reviews, I started to regret my order; however, my experience was extremely positive. I saved more than 30% off retail for the Signature Brass knobs and pulls I ordered. Upon request, I received a tracking number and knew exactly when the delivery was scheduled. I received the order in one week and am extremely pleased. In my opinion, the customer service could not be better. You should not hesitate to order from this company. |

Seems like a straightforward deal so far. Could have been better at explaining shipping options but not a big deal as I wasn't in a hurry for item. Shipping package was pretty beat up when I got it but contents were fine. Can't blame vendor for that problem. |

I called to clarify shipping origination, and whether items were in stock. I do wish they had paypal. There was no tracking number sent automatically. When I contacted them, they said they would get me a tracking number. I received the number by email on day 6, and when I checked it, it had already been delivered. I would buy from them again. Perhaps a smaller operation? |

Good website, good merchant. Easier to get a hold of on the phone and get answers than email. I had emailed inquiring about contractor pricing but did not hear back so I called. Customer friendly as well. Would be more helpful if the pics on the website were able to get enlarged to see more detail and a "compare" button would be nice as well. Overall still a good, simple and easy to use website. The couple "good" answers I gave I wanted to actually give a "very good" but did not see that as an option. The blank fields are not applicable. |

Website claims will ship within 2 days, more like 2 months. Sent message to the "live chat" took over 2 days to get a response. Was told several times that package had shipped but they couldn't provide a tracking number. Went to cancel order and they kept stating the package was going to ship. Told them to cancel, sent email to cancel and they still charged my card and shipped order after the I cancelled the order. Had to refuse package from UPS and get with my bank. This place is a joke, customer service is horrible, don't expect any feedback. |
