The only issue I had was when the error message appeared when I tried to check out. It said correct the highlighted errors but I couldn't find anything highlighted on that page. It had asked me to change my address to the 4 digit extended but I chose to use the regular one. When I had entered the shipping information the phone numbers didn't appear in the window. I thought I had completed everything until I editted shipping information. |

There was supposed to be a $50 discount coupon that could be used and I was never given the opportunity to enter the code and hense did not get the additional discount. This is disappointing. It was not made easy enough. |

Everything during the process of placing the order went very well. The only issue that surprised us was the estimated delivery date, which was displayed as over a month after the day we place the order. The product we purchased was intended to be a Christmas present (we placed the order the day after Thanksgiving), yet the estimated delivery date said it would arrive one week into January. We are still not sure whether or not the product will be delivered before this date, but being that this product was intended to be a primary Christmas present, we sure hope it arrives before the initial estimation. Over 1 month seems like an excessive amount of time to deliver a product that had essentially no alterations to the standard build. As I said, everything else during the ordering process was great. Thank you for the opportunity to express our experience using your service. |

This was a difficult website to navigate (not user friendly) and when there was a problem or question about what I entered it was not clear what they really wanted or how I was to fix it. There was some problem with a delayed reaction of printing when I was entering information so I wasn't sure if it actually got entered. |

The problem for me was between the manual from Dell and the printing options. Laser? All in one? I just guessed and the next page had my printer model number on it. My manual does not say if its "all in one" etc. So could be i will returning the order should I have guessed wrong. Hey, we older folk need specifics here. Thank you for your time |

Ordered a part for an old computer. Used service tag to ID old part number and got an equivalent part. Much simpler than trying to find a replacement in a store. |

We have an account with Dell from a previous purchase. No one was able to help us find that account. When re-registering and applying the financing, we had to sign in over and over again. A purchase that should have taken 10 minutes (as we knew what we wanted) took close to an hour. Sorry, not very satisfied with this experience. |

I'm on the West Coast, and the Black Friday countdown said that I had just under two hours left on Black Friday deals. However, after spending several hours reviewing products and making sure I had just exactly what I wanted, the website lost my cart and the Black Friday deals are now gone. Even though there is still an hour and fifteen minutes left on Friday here and now. |

I was sorry not to see a 9-cell lithium ion battery for a Dell Inspiron 1520 was not available, but one was available for the Inspiron 1720. |

if i had any problems at all it was because of my not understanding the process very well. i had a problem logging onto my dell prefered account, but it was me not dell. i was not as careful as i should have been when i was checking out. it was all my fault. |

I tried to log in as a registered guest. Each time my email address was put in - another name - in Memphis, not Hoover AL - would appear and I could not change it. I had to purchase the printer through one time guest purchase to get the correct name and shipping information. |
