I was sorry not to see a 9-cell lithium ion battery for a Dell Inspiron 1520 was not available, but one was available for the Inspiron 1720. |

I have ordered from Dell.com like five or 6 times now. I have ordered 2 laptops, a desktop, a printer, Nintendo Wii games, a Nintendo DSI, a 60 inch HDTV, and a TV stand. I have only had one problem with an order. And Dell worked quickly to resolve the Out of Stock item. When the found out the item wasn't going to be in stock before the item was automatically canceled by their system, the called and e-mailed me to insure I was OK with canceling the order or did I want to wait until the item was in stock. I am thrilled with Dells customer service and support! |

So far, I've gotten only the wireless router and adaptor and it looks like I ordered the right thing. I was told it would shop separately so this was fine. The rest of my order is delayed to get the tower, but I should get everything by December 17, only a week later than expected, and I'm kept informed and giving the chance to cancel, which I won't. |

Im hoping to buy happiness on the Cyber Monday. May this purchase bring me far more joy than pain and suffering in the coming monthsFound a flaw in there system when ordering multiple items. Conflicting delivery estimates. Vague status reports. Needs to have each item carry its own status. |
