It wouldn't go through and DPO blamed it on Paypal and Paypal blamed it on DPO 's system. I finally had to join Paypal to order the merchandise and now I am just hoping I didn't make a mistake using a company which required so much agony. Paypal worked but I would have been happier just to use my charge. I am completely satisfied now and would certainly order from this merchant again.	Overall Rating

The order for a faucet went in on March 7th, and after the order was placed we were told it wouldn't ship until April. In the meantime, they immediately charged our credit card. On March 30th, we contacted them to cancel the order and were told we would receive credit within 48 hours. On April 9th we still hadn't received our credit, and were then told that the faucet indeed shipped on March 31st, but it was too late to stop the shipment, so they intercepted the package from UPS. We were then told that we would receive our credit once the faucet arrived back to them (it's been 10 days since the intercept? Are you kidding me?) This company uses deceptive practices and is VERY adept at the "run around". Avoid this merchant AT ALL COSTS!!	Overall Rating
