[If the product is delivered as ordered it will have been a positive experience.] In spite of in-stock implications of website/ordering protocol, merchant later claimed items were discontinued and therefore unavailable. Built more than four day delay in contractors completion schedule. |

I have read several recent bad reviews.. Overall the merchant has good reviews (based on long past), so I went with it. they have very good prices and all I can do is hope they deliver! |

My worst online shopping experience to date. I ordered a $526 toilet from DPO May 10, 2010. Two weeks later I contacted them because I had not been sent any shipping information. They said the item was being shipped that day. The toilet was not shipped, however my credit card was CHARGED AGAIN for another $526. I contacted them the next day, May 26, to let them know about the double charge and was told it would be credited. My toilet final arrived five weeks after placing the original order, but I still have a duplicate charge totaling $1052.00 on my AMX card. DPO does not respond to emails concerning the double charge and I cannot reach them over the phone. I would be very, very wary about ordering anything from this business. As of late April 2010, I still have the double charge and am now on waiting on American Express to clear it up, since DPO is unresponsive. |

BEWARE! This company appears to be OUT OF BUSINESS. Merchandise not received, no tracking or shipping information received, no e-mails were answered and no customer service reps answered the phone. There is also no way to leave a voice message. |

I was close to suicide before getting the order placed. It wouldn't go through and DPO blamed it on Paypal and Paypal blamed it on DPO 's system. I finally had to join Paypal to order the merchandise and now I am just hoping I didn't make a mistake using a company which required so much agony. Paypal worked but I would have been happier just to use my charge. I am completely satisfied now and would certainly order from this merchant again. |

We had a horrible experience with this merchant. The order for a faucet went in on March 7th, and after the order was placed we were told it wouldn't ship until April. In the meantime, they immediately charged our credit card. On March 30th, we contacted them to cancel the order and were told we would receive credit within 48 hours. On April 9th we still hadn't received our credit, and were then told that the faucet indeed shipped on March 31st, but it was too late to stop the shipment, so they intercepted the package from UPS. We were then told that we would receive our credit once the faucet arrived back to them (it's been 10 days since the intercept? Are you kidding me?) This company uses deceptive practices and is VERY adept at the "run around". Avoid this merchant AT ALL COSTS!! |

You better be absolutely certain before you place your order. THIS COMPANY CHARGES A HEFTY 25% RETURNS CHARGE making it very costly to return an item. Customer service reps are polite but could care less once you place your order. |
