I purchased my PC through my local Gateway store and was pleased with the customer service and sales staff. I explained my needs and they were able to show me several different options. I received my PC in 7 days and set-up was a breeze. I look forward to purchasing other Gateway products in the future.

One day Gateway will learn to make a PC that can actually work without several major parts replacement and customer service humuliations.
I would never purchase any system from Gateway, even they are the last manufacturars in the world.
Avoid any Gateway at your own risk.

my first personal home computer. was not sure what to buy, took a trip to my local gateway store, very helpful and knowledgable salesman, unlike others. easier to set up than my dvd player.have not used support very much, no need to, easy, self explanatory programs.not a single technical problem.came with aol included for a year!very happy with purchase
