Also, Buy Safe (which I purchased) did nothing for me. They told me to call Dexclusive, which I had with no results so I called Buy Safe, which I was under the impression the reason I purchased their service. They Billed for product not in stock (and for overnight shipping as requested--if item in stock). Asked for SS info on order "confirmation" when I called to verify shipment. Said item would ship same night (didn't--not in stock) Cancelled order on following day. Claimed to not have billed for item that didn't ship although it appeared on cc account as billing same day as order placement. Unresponsive to requests to resolve issue. Only able to receive credit after getting cc company involved. It appears straightforward communication too much to expect from this vendor.	Overall Rating

American Express stated there were no problems with the card and they could not understand why the Dexclusive website would not accept the AE card. Does Dexclusive just exclude the use of AE on their site? I called Dexclusive staff and they wondered why I was concerned that their website would not take my AX card?#^%%$^%^&%!!!!	Overall Rating

There were numerous scratches and dings on the watch case, and there was no protective covering which I know is customary for "new" JLC watches. The watch was clearly previously worn and had been subject considerable wear. I contacted them and send them photos of the damage immediately after receipt, but they made no effort to resolve this problem. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere, or be prepared to be disappointed.	Overall Rating
