I had also placed the order during a 12% off promo. My package arrived in just 2 days. Of the 7 items I ordered, one had a thread coming undone in the ruffles. Immediately, I sent an email to the DHStyles Sales Team to request an exchange for a defected product. The lady who had responded seemed really nice and I had expected her to aid in making an exception for me because my product had arrived damaged, but the company was stubborn about it and refused my request. I had even requested to speak with a manager, but that request was overlooked. The price of the IVORY BOATNECK RUFFLED LONG SLEEVE TOP was $21.99. My credit back was $21.99 minus my 12% discount (-$2.64=$19.35) plus a credit of $3.50 for my returned shipping (=$22.85) - not enough to repurchase the top and cover shipping (unless I spend more than $99 again). But if then buy something with that same store credit and then you have to return that item, you're screwed. Because DHStyles.com then keeps your money and the product and you as the customer are left with nothing; because they won't re-issue store credit. They are frauds and are stealing from their customers.	Overall Rating
