fantastic product

Strengths:

simple to install and use, music quality is good, wireless!

Weaknesses:

screen scroll is slow if you have lots of files

Posted Dec 12, 2006 - I purchased this product a few days ago and I installed it right away without difficulty. The wireless connection is great. The connection strength is strong enough where I stream music from my PC in the bedroom to my stereo in the living room. It works fine with all my music file formats. And the remote is fantastic and attractive. The operation is slow if you have a lot of music though.

an OK but pricy product

Strengths:

Feedback on remote control screen, decent sound quality with no user interaction needed to pair devices.

Weaknesses:

Bluetooth connection has drops from time to time, does't show unicode file names. Software is not straightforward.

Posted Mar 6, 2007 - Overall, it's an OKay product. The software is not easy to deal with, especially you want to send the music to the stereo and still let the PC sound card to go out to local PC speakers. Simplest thing is to use music player's output setting to select LogitechXXX instead of default sound card.

Nice, sleek looking unit.

Strengths:

High tech looking device. Cool looking blue LCD that provides plenty of information. Lithium ion battery. Excellent signal strength.

Weaknesses:

Control limited to audio files and internet radio. A little pricey.

Posted May 30, 2007 - I purchased this unit to solve a problem - how to control my music when I am outside around the pool or on the deck. I was not sure it would work, since the distance can be over 100' from my PC. Well, I hooked it up and to my pleasant surprise, it worked flawlessly. I wish it would allow me to control other aspects on my receiver, but at least it does what it does well. The screen provides plenty of information and I really like the blue color of the display. The cradle provides a convenient place to store the remote and shows it off for all to admire. I like this unit and I would recommend it to anyone that has similar needs.

I love this thing!

Strengths:

Easy to set up, looks nice, small footprint

Weaknesses:

None

Posted Oct 4, 2007 - It took 10 minutes from opening this package to having my mp3s playing through my living room stereo. Soooo easy to set up. I love the LCD, navigates music like an iPod. Has volume built in, the software builds a nice library and organizes by genre. You can also do internet radio through this. I love it, buy one!

Big bang for your buck!!

Strengths:

Easy to set up, great music quality, and it plays iTunes!!

Weaknesses:

Needs more search options for large music librarys

Posted Aug 23, 2007 - I received mine yesterday, and I had it up and playing music within a half hour of opening the box. The connections were very simple and straight forward, and configuring the software was a breeze. I haven't had any connection problems so far, and the music quality is great.It even plays my iTunes music, which is a big plus over some other systems that I looked at. The only drawback that I have seen so far is that it takes a while to scroll down and find songs on the list, especially if you have a large music library. Overall, this is a great gadget, and I would buy it again.
