I HAVE HAD 2 CAMERAS THAT HAVE LOCKED UP.
Posted 1 month ago - THERE IS DEFINITELY A LANGUAGE BARRIER IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA!!!! I HAVE PAID $250 TO USE A CAMERA (ACTUALLY 2 CAMERAS) ABOUT A DOZEN TIMES. WHAT A RIPOFF?!? I ALWAYS THOUGHT KODAK WAS A REPUTABLE COMPANY, BUT I WAS WRONG. DON'T BY KODAK PRODUCTS. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEIR SOLUTION IS THAT THEY WILL OFFER ME A 20% DISCOUNT IF I WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE MY CAMERA . . .WRONG ANSWER! I WILL NEVER BUY KODAK AGAIN!
