So far I am completely disappointed with their Customer Service. I called to ask about whether the items were in stock that I ordered as I need them quickly, and they were to call me back. Several days later, they have not called, they do not answer their phone or return phone messages. I have just looked at my credit card statement on line and they have charged my card. It is not acceptable to charge a credit card unless the order is processed and available for shipping but I have no knowledge of either and I need the items by the 18th! I can't even cancel the order as they don't answer the phone or reply to emails ! Retailer Response (01/09/2009): The reason was because I was in London from December 5, 2008 until December 14, 2008 mourning the untimely death of my 51 year old brother. If needed I can send you proof of the plane boarding passes. As far as the credit card being charged. When placing an order on any on-line store your credit card is processed automatically when you place the order. |
